How do I book an appointment?

Book your appointment easily through our online booking link. To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking a few days in advance, particularly for weekends.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Of course, However, as many of our clients book in advance, same-day appointments may not be available if our schedule is already full. Even if you visit as a walk-in, we may be unable to accommodate you if there are no appointments available.

To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend booking your appointment in advance.

Question 3

I'm not sure which perm to choose

Accepted Answer

"Down Perm" is especially popular among Asian clients. It reduces unwanted volume and helps create a cleaner, more defined silhouette.  "Design Perm" is suitable for both Asian and non-Asian clients who want anything from natural waves to more defined curls.  "Iron Perm" is ideal for very curly, coarse, or difficult-to-manage hair, creating smooth, natural-looking curls with added shine. Please use this as a guide when choosing your service. If you're unsure which perm is right for you, feel free to contact us before booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another client. Furthermore, any clients who find themselves either no-showing or are more than 15 minutes late for their appointments, will be charged for the whole booking

What services do you specialise in?

We specialise in precision cuts, Korean perms (Design Perm, Iron Perm, Down  Perm), — all tailored for the modern Asian gentleman.

Do you offer children's haircuts at a different price and offer any discounts or promotions?

The price for children's haircuts is the same as our standard haircut service. Currently, we do not have any promotions or discounts available. Any future promotions will be announced through our official channels.

Do you offer consultations before a cut or perm service?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we always recommend a brief consultation before any cut or perm treatment. This helps us understand your hair type, desired result, and any previous chemical history.

We are at 82 Great Portland Street, Wonderworks, London W1W 7NT — a short walk from Great Portland Street and Oxford Circus tube stations.

What are your opening hours?

Monday & Friday: 10:00–19:00 · Tuesday–Thursday: 10:00–20:00 · Saturday: 9:00–19:00 · Sunday: 12:00–18:00.

Is there parking nearby?

Street parking is limited in the area. We recommend arriving by public transport — Great Portland Street (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan lines) is a two-minute walk.

Question 11

How should I care for my hair after a perm?

Accepted Answer

Avoid washing your hair for at least 24 hours after a perm to allow the curl to set fully. Use a sulphate-free shampoo and a moisturising conditioner to maintain the texture and longevity of your style.

Question 12

How often should I come in for a trim?

Accepted Answer

For a clean, sharp look we recommend returning every 4 weeks.(  Down Perm as well )  If you're growing your hair out, every 8 weeks is usually sufficient to keep the shape looking intentional.
